- Visits are scheduled ahead, so there are no walk-ins. Most of the work runs over secure document exchange and video call in any case

- Your fiscal year end
- Last year's T2 and notice of assessment, if you have them
- Roughly what the business turns over
- Whether you file HST monthly, quarterly or annually
- How many people are on payroll
- What is currently annoying you about your accounting
